This policy explains what information Primoz Pizza collects when you visit primozpizza.com, order from us, or see our ads and social media pages, and how we use it.


Information we collect

  • When you order online. Our online ordering runs on Toast. When you order, you give us your name, phone number and email address, your address if you choose delivery, and your order details. Toast processes payments; we don't see or store your full card number. Toast's own handling of this information is described in the Toast Privacy Statement.
  • When you browse our website. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools. They record things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and how you reached our site, for example from a Google search or one of our ads.
  • When you contact us. If you call, email or message us, we keep what you send so we can respond.


How we use it

  • To prepare and deliver your orders, and to answer questions about them.
  • To understand how people use our website and menu, and to improve them.
  • To show our ads to people near our stores and to measure whether they work.
  • If you sign up for our emails or texts, to send them. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by replying STOP to a text.


Advertising and analytics partners

We use these services on our website:


  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site.
  • Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to orders. When you place an order, your email address may be sent to Google in a scrambled (hashed) form, so Google can match the order to an ad you saw.
  • The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and to show ads to people who visited our site. It may send scrambled (hashed) contact details from the order page to Meta for the same purpose, such as your name, email address or phone number.


These companies use this information under their own privacy policies. You can limit ads based on your activity here:


  • Google: myadcenter.google.com, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Meta: facebook.com/adpreferences
  • Many advertisers at once: optout.aboutads.info

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.


Our social media pages

We manage our own Facebook and Instagram ads and pages with an internal tool connected to Meta. It reads statistics about our ads and posts, such as how many people saw them, and makes changes to our own ads. It does not collect personal information about the people who see or interact with our posts.


Who we share information with

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and when the law requires it. These include Toast (ordering and payments), whoever delivers your order, and the advertising and analytics partners above. We don't sell your personal information for money.


Orders placed through third-party delivery apps are covered by that app's privacy policy.


How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our tax and accounting records.


Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.


Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
